About

Reaching Hands Connection
My Mission: To help you reconnect to the calm within yourself—so you may live, lead, and relate with integrity, compassion, and presence.

How I got here: Chaos, change, heartache, and loss have shaped my life—as I imagine your own challenges have shaped you, in different ways.

For a long time, it all felt like a storm—raging through my mind, body, and spirit. I felt lost, anxious, overwhelmed. I had no sense of control, constantly overtaken by stress, worry, and exhaustion.

But through the principles that have become the Alinea Method, I’ve learned to anchor myself within. I no longer feel like life is something that just happens to me. No matter what it brings, I now respond rather than react—showing up with presence and clarity, grounded in my own power.

Whether in a one-on-one session or a boardroom, the Alinea Method offers a return to inner coherence—the place where healing and growth begin.

My journey started in the creative industries in Paris and Los Angeles before flourishing in New York’s culinary scene, where my husband François and I co-founded the acclaimed Locanda Vini e Olii. After nearly 20 years at the helm of high-performance restaurants, our health deteriorated under the weight of stress. The healing that followed—a return to presence through lifestyle, medicine, nutrition and inner work—became the foundation of what I now share with my clients.

Deepening my understanding of the human experience, required going back to University, where I obtained a degree as a Naturopathic Counselor with a focus on PNEI (psycho-neuro-endocrine-immunology), I also hold certifications in mindfulness, CST, self care coaching, floritherapy, Reiki (Master), and psychosomatic phyto-therapy amongst other. In constant transformations, I read and take new courses on a regular basis.

Being fluent in English, French and Italian, I am privileged to work globally with an incredible and diverse community. I meet online or in person and organise workshops and retreats - supporting individuals work through challenges, life transitions, and somatic reconnection.

I was invited as a guest lecturer at a symposium at the Queens Museum of Art, on nutrition and sustainable education, and have spoken at events across Europe and the U.S. on the anatomy of stress and mind-body integration.
