About the Event

This workshop is for anyone who wishes to learn a great tool to reduce stress, relax, become more intuitive, improve their health, and achieve overall wellbeing. Mindful Meditation can help heal trauma, reduce pain and it one of the most efficient ways to balance our energy. The morning practice will help you focus, visualize the day ahead and handle anything that comes your way. The evening practice will allow you to quiet your mind, leave the day behind for a deeper restorative sleep. The program: After a brief introduction on Mindful meditation, we will begin with some basic breath work to become more present and start calming the mind. We will then do some simple exercises to loosen our spine and our muscles. This will prepare our body for the stillness of the meditation. The meditation will be a guided Mindful Meditation combined with moments of silence to train your brain and your mind to be more conscious. At the end of the practice, we will have some time to share our thoughts and discuss any challenges or improvements you may have experienced and to get to know one another better.
